Plain-language rules for buying digital game credit on KYSYA STORE. Last revised 21 August 2026.
1. Placing an order
By submitting an order you confirm that the player ID, server, and region you entered are correct. Digital goods are delivered directly to the ID you provide and cannot be recalled once sent.
We may hold or cancel an order that shows signs of fraud, chargeback abuse, or reselling in breach of a game publisher's own terms.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes. Where a payment method charges a processing fee, that fee is displayed before you confirm the order.
Prices can change without notice due to publisher pricing or exchange rates. The price shown at the moment of confirmation is the price that applies to your order.
3. Delivery
Most orders are delivered automatically within seconds of a confirmed payment. During publisher maintenance or gateway outages, delivery may be queued and completed once service resumes.
If an order has not been delivered within 60 minutes, contact support with your invoice number and we will resolve or refund it.
4. Refunds
A full refund is issued when an order cannot be delivered because of a system error, a publisher outage, or an out-of-stock product.
Refunds are not available for orders delivered to an incorrect ID that you entered, or for products already consumed in game. Always double-check your ID before confirming.
5. Your account and security
We only ever require your public player ID and server or region. We will never ask for your password, one-time passcode, or in-game verification code.
You are responsible for keeping your KYSYA STORE account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
6. Limitation of liability
KYSYA STORE is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher mentioned on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
